How quickly can I get a pro to my home?
Same-day visits are common for AC and handyman work in the Orlando metro. Cleaning is usually scheduled within 24–48 hours. You'll see real availability on the booking page when you choose your time.
Do I have to pay anything upfront?
No. Your card is authorized when you book, but you are only charged after the work is completed and you've approved it in your Go2 account. If something goes wrong, we step in before any charge takes place.
What if I'm not happy with the work?
Message us from your Go2 account within 24 hours of the visit. Our support team will review your case — usually with a re-visit, a partial refund, or a full refund, depending on the situation.
How are pros screened?
Every pro is manually screened before joining the platform. Once your booking is accepted, you'll receive an SMS letting you know a pro is on the way.

Head to the Join as Pro page, download the Go2 Workers app, and create your account. It's free.
