Does leaving a review cost anything?
No. It’s free, and we never offer discounts, credits, or gifts in exchange for a review — Google’s policies don’t allow it, and it wouldn’t be honest.
Do I need a Google account?
Yes — Google requires you to be signed in to post a review. If you have a Gmail address, you already have one. Signing in on your phone takes a few seconds.
Can I leave an honest, lower-rated review?
Absolutely. We ask every customer for honest feedback, whatever the rating. If something went wrong, you can also contact support first and we’ll work on a fix.
Can I edit or delete my review later?
Yes. Sign in to Google, find your review under your contributions, and edit or remove it whenever you want.
